Registration for the 2021 European Archaeology Days (JEA)
Would you like to take part in the 2021 European Archaeology Days (JEA)?
Registration will begin on 22 February 2021.
Complete the "My Account" form in full.
You must select an email and password, which will be used to log in.
After sending your information, your request will be processed as quickly as possible. You will then receive a registration confirmation by email.
Your password will be activated and you will be able to log in.
Introduce your venue
In the Organisers’ Space menu (pictured opposite), click on "My Venues and Activities". Then create your first "Venue / Activities" sheet.
If your activities are spread over several venues, you must create several such forms.
Complete the "Activities at a Venue" form.
It is important to give us all the information, including GPS coordinates, so that the public can easily get to the event venue.
For each day, please specify the entrance fee. You can include a video and up to 5 attractive photos with a view to arousing interest among prospective visitors.
Create your activity sheets
You are free to organise several activities [exhibitions, visits, conferences, etc.] at your venue. You merely need to create a form for each of your activities.
Click on the "Add an activity" button, then select a type of activity (exhibition, event, site visit, etc.).
Click on the "Add a time" button. Specify the times (start and end times) and days of your activities.
Arrange the schedules in order using the up and down arrows.
To arrange the activities in order, use the up and down arrows.
You must specify the fee for each activity.
Preview and publish
Save and preview your file using the buttons at the bottom of the page.
If there is missing information, check the alert messages associated with either the venue description or the activities.
When the form is complete, the "Publish" button becomes active, changing from grey to black.
Click on "Publish" and your file will be displayed on the European Archaeology Days (JEA) website!
You will receive a confirmation email with the direct access link to your file.
By using your organiser account, you can provide your information until 1 June 2021.
At the bottom of the venue description form, you will find a section devoted to attendance statistics.
It is essential to return the results to us every day starting on the evening of Friday 18 June.
We need to be able to process this information quickly in order to share it with the media.
